  • I hold monthly online circles via Zoom. Each one explores a new theme — from navigating overwhelm and regulating your nervous system, to planning your next steps or marketing yourself with confidence. We always begin with a grounding practice like meditation or breathwork, followed by journaling prompts and other rituals. Then we have space for group sharing (sometimes in smaller breakout pods). These gatherings are a space to go within, connect with others and realign. I can’t wait to welcome you in.

  • The monthly circles are $30 and include guided practices like meditation, seasonal rituals, nervous system tools, journaling prompts, and supportive group connection. You can join month-by-month with no long-term commitment.

    1:1 coaching is bespoke and varies depending on the depth and length of support you're looking for. I offer packages, with pricing shared after an initial call once we find what best suits your needs. If you're curious, I’d love to chat, there’s absolutely no pressure, just a chance to see if it feels aligned for you

  • I bring a blend of formal training, deep lived experience, and ongoing self-study to my coaching practice. My qualifications include:

    • Certified Coach through the ICF-accredited Mind Rebel™ Academy

    • Certified in Somatic Parts Work via The Embody Lab

    • Trained at The College of Sound Healing in Tuning Forks

    • Reiki Level 2, Kinesiology Touch for Health Level 2, and Hypnotherapy training

    • 20+ years of experience as a founder, growing and leading brands across global markets

    • Numerous hours and ongoing self study in spiritual development, astrology, human design, functional health, herbalism, and much more.
